Did we get your attention? All realtors are not equal. Most have marketing and advertising strategic plans and materials. These plans and materials cost us money directly from our pockets. We are like one large corporation doing the services that 100 people in a company may do. Let’s think about it. At buyselltoronto we do all our own administration, reception, sales calls, marketing, advertising, accounting, technology input and maintenance, follow up and liaison .etc. All of which costs us considerable time, monies and resources as we do not have a large corporation behind us we are it! And we are happy to do so but the reality is, if you hire a top agent you will end up paying a top agent fees. There are always reasons as to why realtors will discount their fees. Sometimes it’s the only way some agents can secure the business in a highly competitive market because they cannot stand alone on their service, their knowledge or their negotiation skills! It boils down to- you get what you pay for. A reduction in commissions does not amount to much when your selling price is lower by 5-10% because your agent could not afford full market exposure or was too inexperienced to negotiate that final offer. However, there are some circumstances in which our commissions can be negotiable-we look forward to sharing these with you when we meet!
