Kathy Czulinski

After resigning from her position in the photographic industry, where she worked both in Canada and the U.K., Kathy pursued a career in sales with a major Canadian fitness club. During those 2 years, she was a top performing salesperson and remained in the top 10% of the company.

In 2005, Kathy became a registered real estate sales representative and joined a local brokerage. She successfully negotiated many real estate transactions and began to develop a network of satisfied and loyal clients. In 2007, Kathy decided to join Royal LePage Real Estate Services Limited and then happily committed to the Battle's BuySellToronto team. Her enthusiastic and caring manner, as well as her personal touch, puts her buyer and seller clients at ease. She is willing to go that extra mile to ensure that all details run smoothly and that every client's move is their best move.

What makes Kathy unique?

As the newest member of the buyselltoronto team, Kathy brings an energetic and committed sense of personal and detailed customer service. Knowing the importance of being a good listener, she strives to discover each client's unique needs and wants. And when the time comes to negotiate for her clients, their interests are paramount.

Kathy functions to the buyselltoronto team as a customer care manager liaising with clients, managing the large task of internal administration and also assists buyers in her dual role of buyer's agent.
