After resigning from his 15 year career in corporate information systems, Joe chose to pursue a career in real estate. In the Information Systems corporate culture, results and client satisfaction are tantamount. Joe’s expertise is strategic sales and negotiation skills, learned in his position as National Sales Manager at Panasonic Canada Inc. Similar to his corporate expertise and success, Joe quickly realized that to be successful in real estate means being successful in the eyes of his clients. Joe’s current business activity is therefore, almost 85% referral driven. This statistic attests to his acute understanding of soliciting client needs, listening attentively and tightly defining those parameters in search of the perfect home and situation for his clients. Joe spends his off hours excelling at tennis and snowboarding and takes a great deal of pleasure spending time with his wife and 2 daughters.
